Cloth-covered boards, blind-stamped with decorative border motifs and gilt-stamped title to cover; patterned floral endpapers. Very good condition, light rubbing to edges only. No title page or publisher imprint (as issued?). Album of 20 photographic plates showing views of the Bohemian spa town Marienbad (Mariánské Lázně), each with printed German captions (“Kaisersstrasse,” “Kreuzbrunnenhalle,” etc.) A handsome period souvenir in an ornate presentation binding, documenting the spa architecture, promenades, and surrounding landscape at the height of Marienbad’s Belle-Époque popularity.
