Paul Schuitema – Berkel Stand 3000. Advertising Photomontage

Advertising photomontage for Berkel slicing machines, combining a photographic reproduction of a circular machine dial with oversized diagonal typography. Paul Schuitema was responsible for all publicity for N.V. Mij. Van Berkel's Patent between 1927 and 1931, supporting the attribution of this design to him. VG condition. Small crease in lower right corner. Pencil inscription on verso, reading “proefdruk?” (proof print?).
