An attractive pre-war Czech printer's specimen book issued by the Prague branch of Carmine, Springer & Möller, illustrating the firm's range of offset printing inks. Each plate reproduces the same striking image—a classical satyr mounted on (or restraining) a goat beneath the Bary pro Offset banner—printed in a different proprietary ink colour, each identified by name and catalogue number.
