Very good condition. A 1935 republication, with notes, of Jan Neruda’s political essay originally written in 1869 and first published in 1870. The text is an example of nineteenth-century Czech antisemitic writing and is catalogued under antisemitism by the Library of the Museum of Czech Literature. This edition was published by Jaroslav Slavata as the first volume of his series Traktáty mladého Československa. The wrapper identifies this copy as the fourth edition, although several separate editions or impressions appeared that year. VG condition. For scholarly purposes.
