Prague (Královské Vinohrady): I. Pexider, továrna barev, Palackého třída 10, [ca. 1910]. Oblong card covers (12 × 15 cm), accordion-fold colour sampler with 12 panels. Illustrated throughout with chromolithographic architectural elevations, including villas, apartment houses, civic buildings, churches, industrial structures, and a theatre; printed colour swatches identify recommended paint schemes and facade treatments. Publisher’s decorative wrappers printed in red and blue with architectural views and advertising text. A rare and visually striking trade catalogue issued by the Prague paint manufacturer I. Pexider to promote its patented powdered facade paint “Fronton.” The designs reflect contemporary Historicist, Art Nouveau, and early twentieth-century Central European architectural styles, serving both as a colour chart and as a pattern book for builders, architects, and property owners. Minor edge wear and a few small chips to covers; internally clean and bright. Very good.
