A pair of scarce issues of Birth(+)Fact(x)Death(–), the cult underground almanac compiled by Belgian performance artist Danny Devos (b. 1959, Turnhout), co-founder with Anne-Mie van Kerckhoven (b. 1951, Antwerp) of the avant-garde artist initiative Club Moral (Antwerp, est. 1981). The project presents a day-by-day calendar of births and deaths of cultural figures — artists, musicians, writers, scientists — with causes of death and locations noted in stark, clinical fashion. Designed in a cut-and-paste zine aesthetic, with typewritten entries and binary-like graphic textures. Covers feature photographs by Anne-Mie van Kerckhoven (AMVK) of Stumpergasse, Vienna. Rear wrappers carry the Club Moral Antwerp insignia. An obsessive archival artwork that merges conceptual art, death studies, and underground publishing. Rare in printed form. Inv. BX1
