Subtitled Pendant k sociologickým studiím o tak zvané sebevraždě [A Companion to Sociological Studies on So-Called Suicide]. Brouk was associated with the Czech surrealist movement and wrote extensively on sexuality, psychoanalysis, and social conventions. The book was confiscated by the Czechoslovak authorities in May 1936 and subsequently reissued in a corrected second edition, explicitly identified as such on its wrappers. The present copy is the original January 1936 printing, preceding the confiscation. Good+ condition. Fading to wrapper borders and minor tear to spine.
