Exhibition catalogue published for Władysław Hasior’s November 1974 exhibition in the unfinished interiors of the Royal Castle in Warsaw, organized as part of the “Panorama XXX-lecia PRL” series.

Richly illustrated with photographs of Hasior’s assemblages, sculptures, monuments, and installations, including Czarny pejzaż [Black Landscape] and Fragmenty pomnika w Czorsztynie [Fragments of the Monument in Czorsztyn, 1966]. Hasior was one of the most distinctive figures of the Polish postwar avant-garde, developing an idiosyncratic form of assemblage incorporating found objects, religious and folk imagery, mechanical elements, textiles, and photographs.
